NuCompass Ranked on HRO Today Baker’s Dozen for Ninth Consecutive Year
We are pleased to announce that NuCompass Mobility has again been recognized in the HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey for Relocation – for the ninth consecutive year!
The Baker’s Dozen is the largest customer survey of its kind within the relocation industry, and it is a trusted measure of overall customer service. According to the editors at HRO Today, the annual rankings are based solely on feedback received from buyers of relocation services. The survey uses a pre-determined algorithm and weighted questions to analyze and rank relocation companies in three categories: quality of service, deal size, and breadth of service.
