Chairman and CFO

Frank is Chairman and CFO, and he is the majority owner of NuCompass. He has more than 30 years of experience in relocation, real estate, and business management. Today, he focuses primarily on the company’s strategic direction, which means driving the company to become the technology leader in the relocation industry. In his spare time, he enjoys college sports, travel, politics, and the continuous remodeling of his 1927 home.

Dave is CEO at NuCompass. Dave is a licensed California real estate broker who co-founded two companies prior to joining NuCompass, and he previously worked in the banking industry. With three boys at home, Dave enjoys coaching various sports teams, mountain biking, and skiing.

Serena is COO, where she is responsible for global operations, supplier management, implementation, customer care, cost estimating, and other business functions. Serena also serves as general counsel, drawing on her 13 years of practicing real estate litigation. Away from the office, Serena enjoys spending time with her husband, two little boys, and family dog.

Douglas is responsible for all finance and accounting operations for NuCompass. He has been in the relocation industry since 2005, serving in both the finance and operational areas of the business. Prior to entering the relocation industry, Douglas worked in commercial banking and finance. Away from the office, Douglas enjoys cooking for his family and spending time at the coast.

When he is not working, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid tennis player.
