HR Tech Conference - Keynote Speakers
The HR Technology Conference has featured many notable keynote speakers over the years, and this year’s event will be no exception. NuCompass will be exhibiting at the HR Tech Conference, and we’re looking forward to these keynote presentations:
Barbara Corcoran
One of the stars of ABC’s Shark Tank, Barbara Corcoran, will officially kick-off the conference with the Opening Keynote, “How to Lead Your Team to Greatness.” Barbara is well-known for her role on Shark Tank, where she has invested in more than 80 businesses over the show’s nine seasons. Barbara got her start in real estate at the age of 23 when she borrowed $1,000 and started her own real estate firm in New York. Her company ultimately became The Corcoran Group, and is now one of the largest and best-known real estate brokerages in the U.S. During her opening talk at HR Tech, Corcoran will delve into topics such as hiring the best people and establishing an atmosphere of innovation in the workplace.
Josh Bersin
Day 2 of the conference will start with Josh Bersin’s keynote speech, which looks at ways technology continues to dramatically shape and create new priorities for HR. His presentation, “Making Sense
of It All: How Technology Is Shaping the New HR Agenda,” will cover a wide range of topics, including AI, organizational network analysis, and the merging of workforce and HR systems. Josh will also provide his insight on market leadership and interpreting a market that changes almost daily.
Ravin Jesuthasan
The Closing Keynote will be presented by Ravin Jesuthasan, a global expert on the future of work.
During his speech, Reinventing Jobs: Automation and the Future of Work, Ravin will discuss how the fourth industrial revolution has arrived, heralding a transformative change in work with widespread consequences for companies and individuals. Ravin will delve into the why, what, and how of the future of work. His speech will draw from emerging research, his own hands-on work with leading global companies, and collaboration with organizations like the World Economic Forum.
